Infrastructure Layer
Shared infrastructure for persistence, caching, search, storage and event-driven processing — pre-wired across the platform, with centralised logging and observability.
Built on microservices.
35+ independent services communicating via REST, gRPC, RabbitMQ Events and SignalR. Each one deployable, scalable and replaceable on its own.
Fits into your existing stack.
Connect Callisto to the systems your team already uses — CRM, support, BI and internal tools — through documented APIs and events. Existing integrations are configured per customer, without replacing your current tooling.
Authenticated with Service-Key Auth.
Push a Support Console ticket into the customer’s Jira project.
Send a support ticket to the customer’s configured Slack channel.
Each integration is configured per customer and can be enabled, disabled and connection-tested on its own. Credentials are stored encrypted and are not returned by the API.
Connect Callisto with your existing CRM, BI, support or internal systems through secure, signed HTTPS event delivery with automatic retries and delivery tracking.
Signed delivery · Automatic retries · Delivery tracking · Event subscriptions
Subscribe to the events you need — player registrations, deposits and withdrawals, KYC status updates, bonus events and more. You point them at your own endpoints — no platform change required, and your systems stay yours.
Operator OS included. Not just APIs.
Callisto ships with the operational interfaces your team uses every day — from player management and payments to support, site control and platform operations.

Ask the platform. In plain language.
Your team asks about players, payments, tickets, risk and daily operations in their own words, and gets answers from live platform data — inside the brand and the permissions they already have.
The tenant boundary is code, not a prompt
Scope is resolved on the server from the operator’s own claims. It is never a parameter the assistant can set or be talked out of, so a brand can only ever be shown its own data.
A finite set of typed queries
No free-form database access and no “run this query”. The assistant can only call tools that were built, reviewed and scoped in advance — and a tool that cannot be limited to one tenant is not offered at all.
Permissions checked before the call
Rights are enforced ahead of every tool invocation, rather than described in an instruction the model is asked to respect. Data is treated as data: nothing that comes back is followed as a command.
Every answer is auditable
Who asked, which tools ran with which arguments and what came back — all recorded in an append-only trail that nothing in the product can edit or delete.
It tells you what it could not answer
Every question the Copilot cannot answer is recorded as a structured gap: a missing field, a missing report, a missing integration. Aggregated, that becomes a roadmap built from what your team actually asked for, rather than from guesswork.
Operator Copilot
Helps your team find data, explain what happened and move through workflows inside Callisto Operator OS.
Player-facing Copilot
Guided answers, account help and contextual assistance for players on your casino front end.
Beta. Availability and answer quality depend on the data sources, permissions and tools enabled for your platform.
The part regulators actually read.
Responsible gaming isn't a checkbox bolted on before an audit — it's a dedicated service, enforced across login, deposits and every bet.
Player-set limits
Deposit, loss, wager, session, play-time, max-bet, net-deposit and login limits — per day, week or month, and scoped to a product or a single game.
Breaks and exclusion
Cool-off periods, self-exclusion and account closure. Enforced at login, at deposit and at bet — not just hidden in the UI.
Operator controls
Staff can block deposits or gameplay for a player, set house limits, and every intervention lands in an append-only audit trail.
Defaults per brand
Set default RG policies per skin and player category, so a stricter market inherits stricter defaults automatically.
KYC & AML workflow
Document upload and review, per-brand verification requirements, reviewer queues in the backoffice, and hard gates that hold withdrawals until a player is verified. Every state change is logged.
Where we draw the line
Callisto is the software, not the licence. You hold the gaming licence for your market; we give you the controls, gates and audit trails your regulator expects — and the source, so your compliance team can verify exactly how each rule is enforced.
Configure once. Override only where needed.
Settings cascade from the platform to each customer and on to its skins — the platform carries the base defaults, the customer is the tenant that adapts them, and a skin inherits and overrides only what it needs. The narrowest defined level wins.
Proven tech, no experiments.
Built on battle-tested open-source technologies. No vendor lock-in, full source included.
Logging and monitoring integrations — Seq, Sentry, Elasticsearch and Prometheus / Grafana — switch on or off per deployment through configuration, with no application-code change.
Start from production-ready software.
The foundation is already built, tested and running — your team spends its time on the product, not on rebuilding wallets, KYC flows and payment plumbing.
Start from working software
Every module is already built, tested and Docker-packaged. Your team integrates and brands it instead of writing wallets and KYC flows from scratch.
Take only what you need
Services are independently deployable. Start with player management and wallets, add agents or bonuses when the business needs them.
Genuinely white-label
Your brand, your domain, your themes. Multiple casino skins run off one platform, each with its own look, currencies and rules.
Security you can inspect
Service-Key Auth between services, PBKDF2 password hashing, JWT with Redis-backed sessions, role-based permissions and audit logging.
Built to scale out
Stateless services behind Redis caching, atomic wallet updates under concurrency, and event-driven processing over RabbitMQ.
You own the code
Source is included. No black boxes and no hidden APIs — read every rule that touches money, change what you need, and keep running whether or not we stay in the picture.
You own it. No catch.
We ship source, not access. Here's exactly what that means for your team, your infrastructure and your exit.
Full source & documentation
Every option ships the complete source and its docs — no obfuscated binaries, no hidden APIs. Your engineers read every rule that touches money.
Self-hosted, your infrastructure
Everything is containerised and deploys to your cloud or your own hardware, in the jurisdiction your licence requires. Your database, your data.
Modify, rebrand, extend
It's your code. Change any rule, run unlimited brands, add modules — no permission needed and no upstream you're forced to track.
No vendor lock-in
Stop working with us and you keep running. You hold the source, the containers and the documentation — take it fully in-house any time.
Support & updates, optional
Keep us on for support, fixes and new modules while the platform is continuously improved — or take full ownership and hand it to your own team.
Software you own; you hold the licence
You own the software and deploy it freely. Callisto is not the gaming licence — that stays yours — and we give you the compliance controls, gates and audit trails your regulator expects.
Built to integrate. Open to partnerships.
Callisto works with game providers, payment providers, compliance vendors and other technology companies interested in building supported integrations with the platform.

Integration availability, scope, implementation timelines and commercial terms are reviewed individually.
Three ways to work with us.
Source code is included in every option. Pricing depends on scope, so we quote it after one call rather than guessing on a web page.
Modules
Take individual services — wallet, KYC, agent network, responsible gaming — and integrate them into your existing stack over documented REST and gRPC APIs.
- Source code for each module
- Documented REST + gRPC APIs
- Integrate into your stack
Full platform
The whole stack: casino frontend, backoffice, agent portal and every backend service, deployed on your infrastructure under your domain and branding.
- Full source, everything wired together
- Your brand, domain and infrastructure
- Multiple skins from one platform
Platform + engineering
The platform plus our engineers — custom modules, provider integrations, migration from your current system, and support while your team takes ownership.
- Full source + custom development
- Provider integrations
- Team hand-over
Not sure which fits? Describe your setup in the form below — we'll tell you straight if Callisto isn't the right answer.
Straight answers.
Including the ones other vendors dodge.
No. You hold the licence for the markets you operate in — that's true of every platform vendor, whatever their website implies. What we provide is the software and the compliance machinery your regulator will ask about: responsible-gaming limits, self-exclusion, KYC gates, and audit trails your team can point at.
It depends far more on you than on us. The software is already running, so the timeline is driven by your licence, your payment provider contracts and your game deals — those take weeks to months. Deploying the platform, branding it and wiring your providers is the fast part.
Yes, in every option. No black boxes, no obfuscated binaries, no APIs we hide from you. Your engineers can read every rule that touches money, and your compliance team can verify enforcement rather than take our word for it.
Yes. The Backoffice is delivered as source, not as a hosted admin panel you log into — the React UI together with the backend services behind it, in the same delivery, with Dockerfiles and documentation like every other part. Your team can change screens, add reports and rebrand it in-house. The exact scope of what ships is set out in your agreement.
Yes — it's your code. The services follow a clean, documented architecture (Clean Architecture + CQRS), so your team can change any rule, add modules or rebrand without asking us and without an upstream you're forced to track.
You receive a full copy of the source — every service with its Dockerfile, migrations, tests and documentation — which goes into your own Git and deploys through your own CI/CD. While you keep support, fixes and new modules arrive as changes you choose to take; stop, and the version you hold keeps running.
Usually yes. Payment providers plug in behind a common interface, and the game layer is an aggregator built to take new providers. If a provider is new to us, integrating it is scoped work rather than a rewrite.
Then buy one piece. Services are independently deployable and talk over documented REST and gRPC APIs, so a wallet or an agent network can sit alongside whatever you already run. You're not forced to swallow the platform to fix one gap.
You keep running. You have the source, the containers and the documentation, so you can take it in-house or hand it to another team. That is the point of shipping source rather than access.
Yes — that is what the skin model is for. Each brand gets its own domain, theme, currencies, payment methods, bonus rules and responsible-gaming defaults, while sharing one backend and one backoffice.
On your infrastructure. Everything is containerised, so it deploys to your cloud or your own hardware, in the jurisdiction your licence requires.
No. Callisto Copilot is designed as an operational interface to the platform, not a generic chatbot. It works with tenant-scoped data, existing permissions and controlled tools to help operators query and understand what is happening across Callisto. It is currently available as a Beta capability.
